Anaya Care Handbook

Blog

Part of the Anaya Care Handbook — the source of truth for how the product must behave. When the product needs to change, change this document first, then make the system match it.

What this covers

This page governs the platform's public blog: articles on the marketing site, written by the platform team (by hand or AI-drafted in batches) and readable by anyone without an account. The blog belongs to the platform — it is never scoped to an agency.

Key terms

  • Blog article — a public, platform-wide article on the marketing site; not tied to any agency.

How it works

The blog belongs to the platform, not to any agency. The platform team writes articles (or asks the system to draft a batch of them with AI, including cover images), then publishes them. Published articles are readable by anyone on the public website, no account needed. Articles move between draft, published, and archived; only published articles appear publicly.

Rules

  1. BLOG-1 — The blog is platform-wide and public: published articles are readable by anyone on the website without an account. The blog is never scoped to an agency.
  2. BLOG-2 — An article is always in exactly one state — draft, published, or archived — and only published articles appear to the public.
  3. BLOG-3 — An article's publication date is stamped the first time it is published and never changes afterward.
  4. BLOG-4 — Every article has a unique web address; two articles can never share one.
  5. BLOG-5 — Only the platform team can create, edit, publish, archive, or delete blog articles.
  6. BLOG-6 — AI bulk drafting must skip topics the blog already covers, may auto-publish the new articles if asked, and may highlight a few of them as featured.

Note: This page's rules were retired from the Content & Community page: CONTENT-15CONTENT-20. IDs are never reused.
